STRATEGIC GOALS for 5-Year Plan

• Initiate plans to develop the grounds consistent with the original “Phase II” Land Use Plan, and identify the best use of existing buildings.
• Authorize and begin to fund an endowment fund to provide for future maintenance of the population served and for the buildings and grounds.
• Investigate needs and evaluate options to expand programs or services.
• Review and revise the by-laws to more appropriately serve the needs of the organization as it currently operates.
• Identify and attract resources necessary to assure that all habilitation and services occur and are provided in a healthy, productive, energetic environment and culture attractive to present and future stakeholders of the Manor.
